CEDAR CITY – Questions about possible stolen jewelry arose Monday after St. George Police arrested a Cedar City man for several outstanding warrants. Justin Chris Quarenberg was picked up while allegedly trying to pawn several pieces of assorted jewelry, Cedar City Police Detective Sgt. David Evans said. Quarenberg was booked into the Washington County Purgatory Correctional Facility on a no-bail hold for the outstanding warrants. Suspects booked on felony assault charges

CEDAR CITY – Two suspects were booked into the Purgatory Correctional Facility Sunday evening after allegedly beating a man with a hammer. Kade Robert Shearer, 21, and Sasha Michelle Davis, 20, were booked on a third-degree felony for aggravated assault and two second-degree felonies for aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping. There were also additional misdemeanor charges for threats against life and tampering with evidence. Iron County Sheriff deputies and Cedar City police apprehend two suspects wanted for attempted murder in Washington County

CEDAR CITY – Local authorities arrested two suspects Sunday wanted in connection with an attempted homicide in Washington County. According to a news release issued by the Iron County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 8 a.m. St. George Communications broadcast an attempt to locate on a male and female suspect.
