CEDAR CITY – A Wyoming man arrested in April for allegedly shooting a firearm inside a local high school waved his preliminary hearing Thursday in lieu of a possible resolution. Talon Sessions from Thayne, Wyoming is scheduled for arraignment Aug. 14 where it is likely he will plead not guilty. CEDAR CITY – Two suspects were booked into the Purgatory Correctional Facility Sunday evening after allegedly beating a man with a hammer. Kade Robert Shearer, 21, and Sasha Michelle Davis, 20, were booked on a third-degree felony for aggravated assault and two second-degree felonies for aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping.
